Prior to any participation in PFC Warriors an application must be completed and submitted. The club will offer one complementary practice session.
Players must have a minimum of soccer cleats and shin guards to participate in their first training session. Player will be asked to return in the next practice session if the player does not have the proper equipment.
A PFC Warriors practice jersey will be required at every practice session. One will be provided upon registration, any additional jerseys are available for purchase.
Administrative club costs are due from the 1st to the 5th of every month; an additional $5.00 will be incurred after the 5th. Player is suspended from practice from the 15th of the month onward until all incurred costs are covered by the parent or legal guardian.
Should a player arrive in the middle of the month the player and parents will be offered the option of covering the administrative club cost for the current month or return the following month.
All administrative club cost are due in the current month regardless of attendance by the player. In the event that the player needs to be excused for the month prior agreement between administration and parent should be arranged to waive administrative cost. If no agreement is made, PFC Warriors reserves the right to decline further participation of the player.
Respect to and from our players, parents, administration and coaches is a priority. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and actions will be taken based on severity of the situations.
Parent or legal guardian must be present during practice sessions and games. PFC Warriors is not responsible in the event of an emergency.
Parents are required to notify Division Coach of any illness, medical condition, and or medications taken by the player.
